I'MBACKAGAIN FROMMOE LEADERSHIP CAMP!! phew* 3 camps are over.. what's next? lols. my muscles are so aching from the kayaking expedition ytd.Oh GOSH. oh. btw.. this means that i'll most prob.. 99%facilitatingnext yrsec2'scamp corri at J.back=)
15th Nov, WED
meet at 12.30pm in the skl sunken floyer.. Mr Roland allowed us to buy some snacks cos some of us were kinda hungry.. bus arrived.. board bus & headed for the campus.. arrived at MOE, Changi Coast Adventure Camp.. it was soo near to the Safra chalets!!! haha. had camp briefing.. and went to put our bags in the dorm.. we split into two groups, one under chrystals, which is my grp, and the other under huiling.. we got to know our camp chief, Sky, and four other instructors in the camp.. Fiza was my grp's instructor.. and she's sooo NICE! love her attitude! had some Ice-breaking games.. safety briefings, and conducting of General Stations.. had some belay lessons at the rock wall as well.. just some re-caping from Obs and the previous camps we went before larh.. quite managable.. there was also another NP camp held there with ppl form diff skls such as Bedok town&green?? shld be larh.. not very sure. haha. after dinner, went for a night walk in the forest.. tall trees.. lotsa bushes & stuff.. HAHA. we had to walk in twos & 2mins interval before we can start walking after the previous pair.. heard bra&sa screamed.. me&shush were 1% scared. HAHA. =X den we walked.. kena scared by this instructor.. we cld'nt see in the dark..haha.. and there was this instructor who just sat on the floor behind some bushes.. den me&shush kinda stooped there.. thinking if hes/shes gonna scare us or, if it was a person or stone or somrthing.. HAHA. it was SO hilarious.. we took so long that the next pair, claire&sylvie caught up with us. HAHA. den went back to below the dorm and played some games among those who were there alrd.. waited for the rest.. had SOMEMORE long briefings.. supper..shower. and den lights off. zZzzzz
16th Nov, THURS
woke up.. wash up.. had breakfast.. MORE safety briefings.. and den proceeded to the Challenge Ropes Course.. Rock wall climbing..Abseiling & Zip-line aka Flying Fox. haha. it was FUN! i managed to climb the rock wall to the top & hit the metal beam. YAY=) HAHA. i kept telling myself, Perservere! though my muscles are aching badly.. haha.=X Abseiling was fun though i was a little bit scared when i'm supposed to lie backwards. lols. zip=line was AWESOME though the part which i had to jump off the floor, was abit scary too. =D after that, changed to shorts & prepare kayaking stuff.. shoes..water bottle.. had lunch.. and went for a short briefing before carrying our kayaks down.. and headed off to the open sea.. as usual, it was me&shush tgt again. lols. the first part of thr journey was easy.. reached our destination in 35mins.. BUT, the way back was tiring compared to the first.. there were big waves & the current was against our direction!! imagined how mush energy we needed to go against the strong current.. i kinda looked behind & realised that we had'nt move really much. HAHA! so stoopid larh. lols. when we were reaching shore soon, me&shush decided to do something SO dammit silly& dumb! HAHA. we wanted to capsize for fun.. but when we turned to one side, we both fell into the water, BUT the damn kayak was still there, NOT capsize. wth larh! the rest around us were like laughing. so FUNNY! den Sky came^& asked what happened.. i said we fell into the water by acident.. HAHA. when he said that it was the jellyfish sesson, me&shush FREAked out! HAHA!! we hurry try to climb back into out kayak in the most unglamness way.! LOL. reached shore..washed the kayaks.. carry them back up.. had instructions told.. went to shower.. shiok! no more salt on my bosy!! HAHA. had dinner.. evryone ate like they starved for days.. clean up.. then had campfire planning.. Sky instructed us what to do & stuf.. after that the rest of the instructors took over.. we learned many campfire songs from them.. that guy was the ultimate joker man! i was laughing like siao!! hes actions & stuff. LOLs. SKy left after that... thanked him.. den lights out.. zZZz
17th Nov, FRI
woke up.. found that claire&huiling was not beside me.. faster tell shush who was half-conscious. haha. den found out from chrystal that claire vomitted in the middle of the night.. me&shush were sleeping so deeply that we did'nt realised. =( she went home alrd.. den we went to wash up.. had breakfast, den carried our bags down from the dorm.. did area cleaning... and it rained.. our camp ended with the last briefing.. waited for the bus.. played our usual animal concentration game. lols. and boarded the bus.. said our gd-byes to the instructors & went back to skl.. Me,tsang,yiggie&val went to east point kfc for lunch.. den went to sportslink to find nice tennis top for the non-skl team ppl.. me&tsang tried out our tournament uniform-to-be too! itw as sooo NICE! but the front abit the low.. but overall it looks good on me. HAHAHA. nike top&bottom.. looks pro man! hehe.. after that.. saw denise,sylvia,irwin,and another two guys form tsang's class.. they were gonna book bbq pits like mark.. den tsang,yiggie&val came to my hse.. we ate junk food..sat around for awhile.. and sent them off.. emptied my camp bag.. bathe.. and blog!!
OKAY! i took like almost an hr to blog all these.. HAHA=)
